Nurul Kusmiyati, Runner Up of the National Writing Competition

One of the students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences made another achievement, Nurul Kusmiyati, a student majoring in Biology and the team, made an achievement as runner up in the 2014 National Writing Competition at Andalas University, Padang, West Sumatra. The LKTN activity which was held on Friday-Sunday (21-23 November 2014) was attended by various universities in Indonesia including Gajah Mada University (UGM), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Brawijaya University and other universities.

The paper with the title Indonesian Sustainable Youth Creative-Cooperative Movement (INSOCOM) as an Effort to Prepare and Improve the Quality of Human Resources as the Driver of Indonesian Cooperatives succeeded in becoming Rennur Up at the event. While the first place was won by a team from UGM and the third place was won by a team from ITB.

With the above results, it shows that the team from UNS was able to show its class and successfully competed with teams from well-known universities.
