Biology Student Organization (HIMABIO)

Biology Student Organization (HIMABIO) is an organization under the Biology Bachelor Degree Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, established on 11 September 1997. Members of HIMABIO are Biology Bachelor Program Students. HIMABIO has eight departments with different responsibilities to optimize and promote the Biology Study Program. Those departments are General Secretary, General Treasurer, Study Group Department, Educational and Science Department, Spirituality Department, Regeneration Department, Research and Organizational Development Department, also Public Relation and Communication Department. HIMABIO hosts various activities. For instance, during one term, there can be work meetings, seminars, training on PKM proposal making, high school Biology Olympiad, Biology festival, welcoming new students, visits from biology student organizations from other universities, annual Christmas celebration, and audience with the academic community of Biology Study Program.
