ENVIRO

“Enviro Study Club” is a study group in the Biology Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, focusing on the environment. This study group has several activities that directly tackle environmental problems, such as Sekolah Sungai (River School). Sekolah Sungai activity is a program where attendees can share knowledge on the river situation, followed by voluntary river area cleaning activity. One of the group events held by this study group was Maviro (Malam Keakraban Enviro), i.e., the peak event of the new group member recruitment program. The whole program itself was held at the beach or mountain areas. Enviro Study Group also focused on handling waste by processing it into recycled creations or compost. Enviro Study Group held a seminar titled Enviro General Forum (EGF) to learn about waste management and environmental preservation.
